
Frogmore House is a warm and nurturing home in Westbury, Wiltshire, designed to support up to three young people of any gender, aged up to 18 years, who are living with Autism (ASD),Learning Disabilities (LD), and associated needs. Our home is a spacious,beautifully presented property set within a residential community. It blends seamlessly into the local neighbourhood, ensuring a homely and inclusive environment. The front entrance opens onto a large green space with secure fencing, while the side entrance offers a driveway with parking for two vehicles.

Inside, Frogmore House offers at houghtful layout to meet a wide range of needs. The ground floor features anopen-plan kitchen and dining room, a welcoming lounge, a sensory room, and a versatile cellar with a utility area and additional adaptable space. The first floor includes a bedroom and a luxury bathroom complete with shower, basins,toilet, and whirlpool bath. The second floor provides two further bedrooms,while the third floor houses a meeting room, an additional bathroom, and a staff sleep-in room. Surrounding the property is a wrap-around garden with both grass and patio areas, offering space for play, relaxation, and outdoor activities.

Many of the young people we support may be undergoing or have received a diagnosis of Autism (ASD), Learning Disability(LD), sensory needs, or communication difficulties. Some may also have experienced neglect, abuse, disrupted attachments, or significant development altrauma. We are committed to offering care of the highest standard, helping each child or young person to heal, grow, and reach their full potential.

Our dedicated team adopts a Trauma-InformedApproach, following specialist training with a Consultant ClinicalPsychologist. This approach underpins everything we do, enabling us to create aspace where children and young people feel safe, valued, and understood. Wesupport them to process their life experiences, develop a strong sense of identity, set personal goals, and build skills that prepare them for the future.
